Off Mnu’s collaboration with Kome Korner began with a deep dive into concept development and brand naming, followed by a strategic approach to brand identity. Inspired by the five elements in Japanese Buddhism, godai, we crafted a menu concept to feature traditional Japanese rice "Water 水“, five grains "Earth 地“, healthy black rice "Wind 風“, yaki "Fire 火“, and custom omusubi "Void 空“.
