Specializing in affordable wagyu katsu sandos, this pop-up concept vitalizes a beloved Japanese delicacy, making it accessible to a broader audience. Its innovative culinary venture was on full display through the use of ImpossibleTM meat, as it rose to become the first in Hong Kong to offer plant-based katsu sandos.

The brand made a remarkable debut at PMQ's Taste Kitchen Incubator Program, where it operated a pop-up restaurant for four weeks. During this period, Sando B served over 1,400 guests and attracted significant social media attention with over 10,000 profile visits in the month. Building on this success, Sando B's signature wagyu and ImpossibleTM katsu sandos landed in the famous Omotesando Koffee at Lee Tung Avenue, Wan Chai in the summer of 2019.

Through comprehensive concept development, strategic branding, and effective visual storytelling, Sando B firmly established itself as a beloved culinary destination that welcomes every customer for juicy, tasty bites.
